When it comes to the November ballot, however, Tulane's President is endeavouring to make sure we all do our homework. At 6 p.m. Tuesday, Green Wave head honcho Scott Cowen will moderate a forum for Orleans Parish School Board candidates, as well as an info session on what Cowen and other organizations view as the election's major issues. All candidates running for school board in New Orleans have been invited to the First Baptist Church (5920 Canal Blvd.) forum. The public is invited, too.
