Bayou Boogaloo Bayou St. John (All Day) The annual, weekend-long Mid-City fest continues on its first full day! Today's music lineup features Renard Poche Band, Meschiya Lake and Jam-ALL. Read all about Mid-City's other big fest here.

They're also joined by the Symphony Chorus of New Orleans for Brahms' "Song of Destiny." Read more about these two pieces here.

Night Market 2709 St. Claude Ave (6:00 PM) Canceled last weekend due to rain, today marks the rescheduled date of this community bazaar under the stars. Featuring more than 30 local vendors selling art and wares, plus food from Pizza Delicious and other downtown mainstays.

Todd Barry The New Movement Theatre (8:30 & 10:30 PM) You've seen him in The Wrestler, Flight of the Conchords and on Comedy Central! Now, see Todd Barry be funny in the Marigny Triangle. He's joined by a bevy of local comedians in the orbit of The New Movement.

Katey Red's All Red Birthday Show Siberia (10:00 PM) Help wish one of New Orleans' premiere Bounce divas a very happy birthday! Joining you in this mission to celebrate the day of Katey's birth will be Big Freedia, Cheeky Blakk, Nicky da B and more. Red attire highly encouraged.
