Teen Missing from French Quarter

An 18-year-old woman is missing from the corner of Bourbon and St. Louis Streets, according to NOPD. Hailey Kristine Cokins was last seen Saturday, August 10, at approximately 2:30pm.

Cokins was out with friends at the time of her disappearance. She was wearing a black-and-white zebra patterned dress, along with black sunglasses. The young woman has no cell phone or ID.

The missing teen is from Galveston, Texas, and she is unfamiliar with New Orleans, according to police. It is possible that Cokins is roaming in the French Quarter area.

If anyone has seen Cokins or knows her whereabouts, please contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.
