New Orleans Film Festival Ticket Giveaway!

The New Orleans Film Festival kicked off last night, and will continue for the next week. Independent films will be shown throughout the city's theaters every day until the festival wraps up next Thursday. NOLA Defender has tickets to give away for two screenings!

The first is for tonight's 7:45 p.m. screening of OK, Good at the Canal Place Theater. OK, Good examines the agony of an out-of-work actor lost in a world of motivational tapes and acting workshops. Daniel Martinico, OK Good's director will be in attendance for the New Orleans debut of his first comedy.

The second giveaway is for tonight's 8 p.m. screening of Oversimplification of Her Beauty at the Canal Place Theater. Oversimplification takes a look at the relationship between a man and a woman as they teeter on the edge between a platonic and a romantic relationship. I think most of us have been there! NYU graduate Terence Nance will be at the theatre for the showing.

Two tickets can be yours if you answer the following New Orleans-set movie trivia question:

In Dracula 2000, what historical figure does Dracula reveal himself to be?

The first two correct answers to info@noladefender.com will be tickets to tonight's screening!
