Working at Court Runs in Judge's Family, Watchdog Says Paul Sens A judge is being accused of trying to build a "dynasty" at the municipal courthouse, and it doesn't involve spending millions on all-stars from other places. Since 2000, 18 of Judge Paul Sens' relatives were hired to work at the court, according to a letter released by New Orleans Inspector General Ed Quatrevaux that says the arrangement creates the "appearance of abuse."
