Nothing gets the Internet roaring like a perfect storm. No, we aren't talking about Lee. We're talking about a story that involves a prominent media figure who is perceived as a political flip-flopper, and a Friday afternoon news dump. The two systems were perfectly aligned with full Storm saturation over the weekend, as Da Paper dropped a story about former Channel 4 anchor and current WWL radio host Garland Robinette taking $250,000 from landfill owner and apparent FBI target Fred Heebe after he pushed Heebe's River Birch landfill. Robinette's lawyer said the money was a loan. Cue the groans: Slabbed Library Chronicles NOLAdishu Right Hand Thief
