Eyes on Isaac: Flooding and Power Outages


Isaac is a few hours into his reign upon New Orleans, and the flooding has begun. Flooding has been reporter at the I 610 Underpass on Elysian Fields, and Entergy recently estimated that hurricane conditions could persist for the next thirty hours. Currently, around 150,000 power outages have been reported in Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parishes.
