BUKU Fest Breaks Down Daily Lineups

Mardi Gras will be over when the horses ride down Bourbon on March 4, but Mardi Gras World will still have a big show in front of it. On March 21-22, the 2014 edition of the Buku Music and Art Project is set to stage a previously announced lineup that includes Nas, The Flaming Lips, Ellie Goulding and others. On Wednesday, the fest spotlighting music at the nexus of EDM, hip-hop and indie rock released their day-by-day lineup. Find out what acts are playing what day:

The main headliner on March 21 is Nas, who will be performing his landmark album Illmatic in honor of the record's 20th anniversary. Hip-hop from the 90's seems to be a theme of the fest's first day, as Bone Thugs N Harmony is also set to take fans to the Crossroads.

Other acts slated for fest's Friday include: Ellie Goulding, Kaskade, Zedd, Zeds Dead, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Sleigh Bells, Pusha T, Chance The Rapper, Carnage, Seth Troxler, Wavves, Paper Diamond Lotus, Miami Horror, Dusky Conspirator Classixx (Live), Smallpools, Big Freedia, Treasure Fingers, Tourist, Blood Diamonds, Kid Kamillion Gravity A, Flight School Preps, Jesse Slayter, DXXXY and Murder Beach.

On Saturday, The Flaming Lips take the top billing with a stage show that's sure to be enhanced by the already-present Carnival atmosphere.

Others playing the fest's final day include David Guetta, Chromeo, Explosions in the Sky, Tyler, The Creator, The Glitch Mob, Baauer B2B RL Grime, Schoolboy Q, Beats Antique, Phantogram, Danny Brown, Skream, Griz, DJ Snake, Clockwork, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Soul Clap, Dan Deacon, Generationals, Thundercat, Cashmere Cat, Blue Sky Black Death, Young & Sick, Unicorn Fukr, Big History, Javier Drada, Shanook, Bent Denim, Mr. Miserable, Free Will B.

Along with the lineup announcement, Buku announced that single-day tickets will go on sale Friday, Feb. 21, at 9 a.m. More details at the Buku website.
