Hoop Nightmare: Four Women Shot On Basketball Courts

Just last week, officers from the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) tipped off against local youths as part of Night Out Against Crime. However, the Department is reporting that on Sunday (10.18) night, the courts on Caffin Avenue were the scene of a quadruple shooting.
