Tulane Stickup Kid Arrested

Police have made an arrest in connection with a shocking stick-up in Tulane’s student union. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) announced that 20-year-old Tre Spading is behind bars and facing charges.

Green Wave Grapples With Possible Pink Slips

Tuition for the current fiscal year at Tulane is 44,425 dollars excluding room and board or books. However, that figure is not enough to prevent a reported 15 to 20 million dollar budget deficit at the Uptown university. Today, Tulane Prez Michael Fitts sent an email to staff announce cost cutting measures including staff buyouts.

Summer has yielded to autumn, but up at Tulane all eyes are still on the hot season. The University’s Summer Lyric Theatre announced that Michael McKelvey will take the helm as the new Artistic Director succeeding B. Michael Howard.

Green Pave: Tulane's New Food Truck

Tulane students are often accused of an ivory tower lifestyle removed from the actual City of New Orleans. However, today international food services giant Sodexo announced that Tulane kids will not be denied the opportunity to indulge in the food truck trend. On Monday (8.31), the University is rolling their own food truck, only for meal plan subscribers.

Tulane Student Arrested for Accidentally Shooting Boyfriend

A rising junior at Tulane is facing some very serious charges. On Thursday (6.19), the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) arrested rising junior Nicole Dukarm for Negligent Homicide after the shooting death of her boyfriend.
