It may be nice out right now. But don't worry. Where there is severe weather, we're at risk. After a death toll of more than 200 across five Southern states Wednesday night, Gov. Bobby Jindal declared a state of emergency for Louisiana. High winds and heavy rain have caused damage to homes, blocked roads, and power outages across numerous Parishes in the state since Tuesday. Tornado activity remains present, according to the governer’s office.
