Water, Water, Everywhere... Or not Last night, New Orleans lost water pressure on account of something called the No. 3 Turbine failed on account of the fact that is run on 25 cycle system. [VIA] (We don't know what that is exactly, but apparently, it is antiquated and the rest of the country stopped using them about 80 years ago) This is the second time in two weeks that we have seen water drops. Of course, none of this is surprising given the recent D- rating that our infrastructure received or Shay Sokol's Seer-like warning.
