Today in NOLA 8.11.17

Today, Project Lazarus's annual fundraiser returns with art and music in the name of people in need. NOMA's John Waters Festival showcases a young Johnny Depp in Cry-Baby. Catch some psych music at Poor Boys or see two NOLA legends James Singleton and Aurora Nealand perform at SideBar. Happy birthday today to the Superdome, where construction started on August 11, 1971. Now, more to do this Friday.
