Louisiana Ranked Most Fun State in the Southeast

We here in New Orleans have always known that we are particularly skilled at having a good time — but now, it’s a scientific fact. According to a new survey, Louisiana is one of the top ten most fun states in America.

My next journey began on a bright Sunday. It was fine weather for day drinking. Good, August heat for slow walking. I grabbed a beer at the Verti Mart and strolled into the Marigny.
