List: New Orleans 16th for Aging Too FastHere in the City of Dreams, we might be young at heart. But, according to this year's first semi-scientific list that ranks cities for one reason or another, we're likely to age faster than Salt Lake City. RealAge, the authors of this list of cities for "staying young or aging too fast" ranks New Orleans 16th in the latter category. The cause is a lack of veggies, fruits and whole grains in our diet, along with poor sleep. We'll agree that we could use more produce, but San Diego can have their shuteye. |
