This Sunday in New Orleans, The Playmakers Theater will perform their final staging of the Tony Award-winning play “Red.” Oak Street Icon Jamie Galloway will be celebrated at the fifth annual crawfish boil commemorating his life. Wonderland Studios is hosting the LGBT Spring Fest, and Audubon Park will play host to the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. On this day in 1804, the Louisiana Purchase was divided into the the District of Louisiana and the Territory of Orleans.
