Mayor Mitch Dials Milwaukee for Murder Rate Help

In his quest to solve the city's murder epidemic, Mayor Mitch leaves no location on the map unsifted. Landrieu already pulled the trigger on a neighborhood program from Chicago, and hired Nashville's chief and  a watchdog from the other L.A. Now, he's turning to Milwaukee for help. Based on the midwestern city's Homicide Review Commission findings, hizzoner announced at a press conference today that he is forming a sort of joint chiefs of homicide known as the Mayor's Strategic Command to Reduce Murders. The Command includes five teams, all reporting directly to City Hall.
