Cops Driving Badly When NOPD officers kill and cheat, it usually makes headlines. But we don't usually hear about the traffic violations. This week, however, two cases in which police were out-of-line with their cruisers have come to the fore. In the first, four-year-department veteran Justin Ferris was fired Wednesday for events surrounding an Uptown collision that killed a woman last year.
