IWO Hosts Info Session on Legislative Agenda

In addition to a Naturally N'Awlins Bridge and alcoholic ice cream, the 2014 Louisiana legislative session has some serious questions to address. The Independent Women’s Organization (I.W.O.) invites the public to learn about these, and to familiarize themselves with the legislative process at tomorrow’s meeting. Candidates Sound Off Tuesday at IWO Forum

Candidates vying for local offices are all signed up for the Feb. 1 elections. Now comes the weigh-in. On Tuesday, Jan. 7, the International Women's Organization is set to sponsor what figures to be the first of many public forums involving the local political hopefuls.
