Later Gator

Pitmaster Damian Brugger grew up on barbecue in Texas. Since his childhood, he has smoked just about everything. At Black Label Icehouse, he focuses on Texas classics like brisket and barbecue staples like pulled pork. At events like Hogs For The Cause, he has been known to get funky, even tossing crawfish into the smoker. However, tonight (11.17), Brugger is exploring some uncharted territory: the whole, smoked alligator.

The gathering held on an alligator farm in LaRose will be returning on March 20 and 21 with a newly announced lineup.
