A complementary pairing of photography shows is slated to hit two galleries on Frenchmen St. as Jazz Fest opens this weekend. Hangout Fest 2013 Lineup: NOLA Bands Bama BoundLocal bands are used to playing along the murky Mississippi, but a handful them are headed to the bluer side of the coast for the fourth edition of Hangout Fest.
