Cops Looking to Uproot Green Thumbed Thief in the Seventh Ward

The garden grabber of the 7th Ward doesn't take any time to smell the flowers. But thanks to surveillance photos (pictured) provided by the NOPD, the fast-moving thief may not be on the loose for long! Around North Villere and Laharpe Streets, neighbors say this budding burglar has stolen hundreds of dollars worth of oleanders on at least two occasions, police said.
