Not only was he giving the House of Representatives another tally in the "D" column, he was giving them an ace. In the annual congressional baseball game Sunday, Richmond, a collegiate pitcher at Morehouse College, took the mound and went the distance, pitching a complete game at Nationals Park. He struck out 13, allowed one hit, and went 4-for-4 from behind the plate.
