Man Wearing Only Green Underwear on the Lam Near City Park by Shay Sokol No, it's not a member of the As You Like It cast who was a little too consumed by their role. An OPP escapee who ditched his jumpsuit in City Park is on the loose. Dwayne Young, 32, was arrested for shoplifiting last week, NOPD spokesperson Officer Hilal Williams said. Today, Young was working the community service detail at the Fair Grounds Race Course when he escaped just after 10 a.m. A witness observed the prisoner strip off his orange jumpsuit and flee, clad only in green underwear. Nearby Christian Brothers School was put on lockdown, as police are still searching for the escapee.
