Herbsaint Staffers to Saddle Up with Pop Up Sparklehorse

Sparklehorse is an odd rhetorical portmanteau. Yet, the combination of seemingly disparate terms is perfect for the hybrid of food that will be served in the pop-up of the same name. Sparklehorse, a collaboration between Marcus Jacobs and Caitlin Carney of Herbsaint will focus on fusing some techniques and ingredients familiar to most New Orleanians with more exotic flavors. The cafe will make its debut on December 14 as a pop-up at Carrollton Station (8140 Willow Street.)
