Bayou Teche Releases Cocodrie IPA

The folks at Bayou Teche are paying homage to Louisiana's French Cajun roots with their recently released beer. The “Cocodrie,” a seasonal Belgian-style IPA, is another example in an increasingly long list of brews that is influenced both by Louisiana and French culture and food.  Cocodrie of course means alligator in Cajun-French.
