LSU Recruits Announce Decisions At Under-Armour All-America Game



Football’s television spectacle now extends to the high school level. Today, the nation’s top high school players travelled to Florida to play in the annual Under Armour All-America game. Several of the player announced their college commitments in televised segments during the game. Needless to say, the LSU coaching staff was paying close attention.

During the Battle of New Orleans, Andrew Jackson did everything but run away from the British. Still, this weekend, New Orleanians will mark the victory by jogging (or walking in some cases). The 109th Jackson Day Race is slated for Sunday (1.03).

Once again, a pair of automobiles are position in a staged crash at the lot where Decatur Street meets North Peters Street. A celebration of wrecks can only mean that it is time again for the Allstate insurance sponsored Sugar Bowl.
